Chathem, La. — Troy Savannah Photo — Wyatt Wilkerson started third and finished third in the 30-lap main event for crate late models at Super Bee Speedway in Chathem, Louisiana. It was his third career start in the crate late model machine.
“I started third behind Cade Dillard and BJ Robinson,” he said after the event. “I fell back to fifth early with a tight race car but after about 15-20 laps I burned off enough fuel to loosen it up and was able to get back to third. I was catching the leaders, but I just ran out of time. Thanks to my team, sponsors and fans for their support.”
