The Oswego Speedway in Oswego, NY became a weekly Supermodified track in that era and is now the “fast 5/8 of a mile” is the only track racing the most exotic short-track car on the planet on a weekly basis. Tom Baker started going to “The Big O” in 1973, and today he hosts Inside Groove, a podcast that focuses on both the history of the division and the current day news and results from Oswego and the various touring series that take the division to New England, Canada, Pennsylvania and the Midwest.
